Allocation of rooms in the house: in the ground floor there is a kitchen and a living room with fireplace, between the floors there is a bathroom and a toilet, and in the first fllor there are two bedrooms, the total surface of the house is approx. 55,0 m2. The house has a basement, infront of  the house there is a 25 m2 atrium, it has its own septic tank and a well, water is channeled through the house, sanitary facilities have all sanitary equipment and electrical connection with all installations. The house was recently fully renovated, including installation of new windows and front doors, with all new sanitary equipment, ceramic tiles and new installations.
To the island Unije there is a daily transport connection with a catamaran and there is also a small airport for smaller aircrafts.
